Successfully sold a franchise pizza chain across Scotland (originally among the first Papa John’s locations in the region), achieving an enterprise value of approximately £8 million.

Sold a chain of sandwich takeaway outlets (Baguette Express) in Scotland. While the current size has since changed, it was a significantly larger operation at the time of sale.

Acquired a portfolio of five butcher shops in Scotland, generating a weekly turnover of approximately £70,000 (£3.5 million annually) with an EBITDA margin of around 10%.

Led a buy-side mandate to acquire and consolidate large fish and chip restaurants across Northern England and Scotland. Built a chain of 12 locations, later sold for an enterprise value of £8 million, plus an additional £6–7 million in associated freehold property value.

Advised on the acquisition and consolidation of a chain of 16 pubs across the UK. The portfolio was later sold for approximately £30 million, including the value of the freeholds.

Facilitated the sale of a major hotel in the Scottish Highlands for approximately £6 million.
